The ICFAI University Raipur campus is spread over 30 acres of land. It is located at Kumhari (Raipur). It has academic blocks with classrooms which are well-equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment and there are facilities for the well-equipped library, labs and computer center.

The campus is spread over an area of 30.43 acres in one plot. The academic building is a three-storied structure with a built-up space of about 46508 sq. ft. The ground floor has the facility of a few classrooms, physics, chemistry and environmental science laboratory, administration offices, faculty rooms, seminar halls. The first floor accommodates more classrooms, an examination office, faculty rooms, a University library, a computer center, language laboratory, and a small pantry. The second-floor houses newly built 11 classrooms of various sizes and several faculty rooms.

A new laboratory building of about 19,400 sq. ft. has been recently built to accommodate state of the art workshop and laboratories of Civil Engineering, (Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulics, Geotechnical, Highways and Transportation, Concrete, Surveying) Mechanical Engineering (Internal Combustion Engine, Heat Mass Transfer, Production Engineering), Advanced Fluid Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering (Analog Electronics Circuit lab, Digital Electronics, Digital Signal Processing, Image Processing,. Analog and Digital Communication systems lab, RF and Microwave lab). A new computer laboratory has been set up in the new laboratory building for training students apart from the computer center.
