CEPT University admission forms can be filled out online only through the official website. Admission in the courses offered by CEPT University is based on the entrance test. Some of the course’s 50% seats can be filled through ACPC and the remaining 50% can be as per CEPT guidelines. 

A valid score in the NATA exam is required for CEPT University admissions in courses like B.Des and B.Arch. For B.Tech/ B.E a JEE Main score is necessary, and for M.Plan a score in CAT, MAT or CMAT exam is required. CEPT University's selection process is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exams, The other accepted entrance exams include UCEED and CEPT Entrance Exam.

CEPT University, Ahmedabad offers scholarships, assistantships, loan interest waivers, travel grants and various other means of student support. These scholarships and grants show the commitment of the university towards recognition, excellence, equity, and diversity. The scholarships and financial supports are classified into two categories:-

Pre Admissions scholarship- Eligible candidates need to submit required documents along with admissions offer letter. The waiver range of pre-admission scholarship offers from 25% to 75% of the annual tuition fee. The scholarship forms can be filled online along with admission application form through the website of CEPT. The Pre Admissions Scholarship (Means cum Merit) can be availed by the students who fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:-

1. Family income should be less than Rs. 10 lacs per annum.
2. Recipients of the scholarship will continue to receive the scholarship for the full duration of the course subject to maintaining a minimum of 2 CGPA in every semester and completing all courses in first attempt.

Post Admissions scholarship- CEPT University offers scholarships and financial supports to student, which may avail only after taking admission. CEPT offers below-mentioned scholarships to the students:-

1. Means Cum Merit Scholarship
2. President Scholarship
3. Renewal Scholarship

Bank Loan Interest Subsidy- The university has introduced (bank loan interest subsidy scheme) by which it will give the money back of 50% of the interest paid by the student/parents during the study period.Apart from that, Shirish Beri fellowship provides a modest stipend for a period of six months to B.Arch awardee students, who may use this time to travel, read, write, and ponder over ideas towards a more value-based architecture and life.

The cutoff for UG course at CEPT University, Ahmedabad is based on CEPT/NATA entrance test. The cutoff means minimum marks required to take admission in a particular course. CEPT University PG course cutoff depends on CEPT exam .The cutoff is not fixed instead it changes every year. The cutoff depends on the factors such as number of students applied for the entrance test, difficulty level of the test etc.

CEPT University, Ahmedabad has various laboratories such as structural laboratory, environmental science, remote sensing and transportation labs GIS, course computer labs and superior-tech applications, etc. CEPT IT Services is an important service as it’s responsible for providing and maintaining high-quality infrastructure and for ensuring uninterrupted availability of IT services.  

The university provides 2 block hostels for boys and girls which is managed by the committee representatives from the university administration, faculty members and students unions. Each block is well-equipped with facilities like a daily newspaper, telephone, common room with T.V sets, equipment for the gymnasium in one block and a common canteen. Additionally, CEPT has a Student Services Office that takes initiatives to help the new students for accommodation and also provide special services such as airport/ station pickup service, initial homestay service and so on. Moreover, Student Services Office (SSO) organizes so many activities and campaigns as well such as blood donation camp, re-ride cycle, medical lab test, etc.
