NIT Arunachal Pradesh admission 2024 will start for BTech from June 10, 2024 when JoSAA registration will start. JEE Main result 2024 for session 2 has been declared by NTA on April 24, 2024. Candidates who have qualified for the exam will be eligible for JoSAA seat allotment which will be conducted by the last week of June 2024 tentatively.

The admission process at NIT Arunachal Pradesh begins with filling up of a common application form. Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech need to fill the application form from the official portal of JEE Main and later JoSAA. Candidates must use a valid email ID for registration as this is used for future correspondence. Candidates seeking admission in M.Tech, MS and PhD need to download the application forms from the official website of NIT Arunachal Pradesh. Candidates must pay the registration fee in the form of demand draft. After successfully filling the form, candidates need to speed post the form to the Dean of NIT Arunachal Pradesh. The scholarship is awarded to students selected for pursuing courses at Graduate/Post Graduate level in identified Institutions of excellence, Government and Private, in professional fields such as Management, Medicine, Engineering, Information Technology, Law, and Training etc.

Eligibility:

• ST students who have secured admission in any of the notified 158 Institutions according to the norms prescribed by the respective Institutions will be eligible for the scholarship under the scheme. The total family income of the candidate to be eligible for this scholarship from all sources should not exceed Rs.4.50 lakh per annum. 

General Conditions for Scholarships:

• The scholarship will become payable immediately after a student has secured admission and has started attending the classes
•  ST students who secure admission in these Institutes are awarded scholarships. The scholarship, once awarded, will continue till the completion of the course, subject to satisfactory performance. 

NIT Arunachal Pradesh cutoff has been released by JoSAA for round five. The cutoff has been released in the form of opening and closing ranks. NIT Arunachal Pradesh CSE cutoff for general category is 71299 (HS quota) and 28514 (OS quota). 

NIT Arunachal Pradesh cutoff 2024 - Round 5

NIT Arunachal Pradesh cut off JEE Mains has been released by JoSAA for round four. As per the cutoff data, NIT Arunachal Pradesh cutoff for general category is 73439-189756 for HS quota and 27312-54246 for OS quota. The cutoff varies for each branch and for each category. NIT Arunachal Pradesh CSE cutoff is 35104 for OBC (HS) and 10941 for (OS). 

NIT Arunachal Pradesh cutoff 2024 - Round 4

NIT Arunachal Pradesh cutoff 2024 for round 3 has been released by JoSAA in online mode. According to the cutoff released, NIT Arunachal Pradesh cutoff for open category is 71299-189756 for home state and 27312-53657 for other states. Candidates who meet the cutoff are eligible for admission in BTech courses. NIT Arunachal Pradesh CSE cutoff is 27312-71299 for general category.

The temporary campus of NIT AP is housed in a high school building in Yupia, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. The building has been hired from the state government of Arunachal Pradesh. The area has a moderate temperature ranging from 13°C to 27°C and faces an annual mean rainfall of 365 mm. The nearest railway station to NIT Anurachal Pradesh is Naharlagun, which is about 3 km away from the college campus. 

The permanent campus of NIT Arunachal Pradesh is under construction at Jote, Papum Pare District of Arunachal Pradesh. NIT AP is a fully residential college and has eight hostels. Out of those eight hostels, six are for boys and two are for girls. The college provides transport facility to its students. It has 24*7 WiFi and LAN connectivity. The computer lab of the college is also well-equipped with WiFi facility. The classrooms at NIT AP have LCD projectors, video conferencing facilities, smart rooms and digital podium. The institute installed a solar plant of capacity 100 KW on 28th October 2015. The cost of installing this solar plant was RS. 2.47 crores. The institute has a modern seminar hall. Many workshops, motivational and inspirational lectures are organised there from time to time for the students.
